Half-termly review meetings bring teaching, medical, learning-support and bursarial information together at Trinity School. Form tutors meet pupils twice a day, while prefect and envoy roles give older pupils responsibility. That pastoral structure sits within a Christian day and boarding education from age 2 to 19, with Preparatory, Senior and Sixth Form phases sharing one community.
Small classes support GCSE, A level, OCR National, BTEC and English-language qualifications. The Learning Success Department helps pupils with additional educational needs, including dyslexia, while the academic programme leaves room for individual interests. Boarding and day pupils share the same senior structure, with houses and pastoral support alongside the academic programme.
Life-skills teaching, careers work, the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, Ten Tors, World Challenge and CCF extend personal development beyond lessons. These activities give pupils practical responsibilities and experiences beyond examination subjects, while the house system and tutor relationships keep personal development close to everyday school life.
