Swaffham's story is visible in the way its site has been built. The two-and-a-half-acre campus opened in 2005, gained a gym and senior teaching block in 2008, another block in 2012 and additional Learning Centres in 2019. That sequence gives OneSchool Global UK - Swaffham Campus a local history of gradual expansion, rather than a single new-build identity, and the buildings continue to serve a co-educational community through sixth form.

Pupil participation is another concrete part of campus life. Committees for media, events, Learning to Learn and wellbeing give pupils defined areas in which to organise, contribute and take responsibility. They sit alongside shared online teaching and the wider Learning to Learn approach, but they make independence visible in the ordinary running of Swaffham rather than leaving it only as a description of study habits.

The school serves families from the Plymouth Brethren Christian Community and its stated values include commitment, integrity, care and compassion, responsibility and respect. Creative and aesthetic opportunities for older pupils are more limited than the rest of the curriculum, so the arts-related offer is not equally developed across the age range. That caveat sits alongside a clear leadership culture rather than being smoothed away.

Swaffham offers a mixed, day-school route from seven into sixth form; boarding is outside its provision. Its character is local and practical: a site developed in stages, pupil committees with real responsibilities and a connected teaching model shaped by the community around it.
