Madni Academy

Madni Academy's all-through character brings early-years, primary and older pupils preparing for their next stage into one Muslim community. Opened in 1987 and associated with the Savile Town Muslim Parents' Association, it serves children from the early years through the secondary phase up to age 16, without boarding.

The curriculum gives particular weight to English, religious studies and reading. Mathematics has been reshaped for Key Stage 4, while phonics and reading support continue through the secondary years. Pupils with SEND and those who speak English as an additional language receive specific support, and personal development includes projects, trips, visiting speakers and charity work.

Wellbeing support, British values alongside the setting's own values and notably strong behaviour are part of the provision. Academic catch-up, religious learning and practical personal development give the Savile Town community a recognisable rhythm from early years to the older phase.
