Lycee International de Londres

A Year 7 choice gives Lycée International de Londres its particular academic shape. The English-taught International Track leads to the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, while the French Track is mainly taught in French, adds enhanced English and follows the French National Curriculum through the DNB to the French baccalauréat or BFI.

A third language begins in Year 7, alongside humanities, sciences, mathematics, sport and visual arts. Critical thinking, inquiry and independent learning are especially prominent in the International Track, so bilingualism here is joined to two genuinely different approaches to senior study and assessment.

Opened in 2015, the all-through day community runs from age 3 to 19 without boarding. Its Wembley campus brings early years, primary and secondary phases together, but the pivotal educational decision remains the track selected at the start of secondary education.

Open days, bilingual admissions calls and private visits introduce the process, with separate fee and financial-support arrangements. Entry depends on choosing the English-led IB route or the French-led national-curriculum route first, then following the admissions steps that apply to that pathway.
