Lincoln House provides six specialist places for boys who may have experienced exploitation or found mainstream education difficult to sustain. Part of Educ8's therapeutically led provision, it is built around safety, trust and individual starting points. The 11 to 18 route has no boarding, and its very small scale is central to the model.
Academic structure remains in place through a curriculum broadly aligned with the National Curriculum, leading towards GCSEs and Functional Skills. ASDAN and AQA unit awards sit alongside vocational courses shaped by interests and future employment. Timetables combine academic learning with therapeutic activity and are adjusted to each pupil rather than imposed as a standard sequence.
Education, care and therapy are closely connected. Clinical and care professionals may contribute alongside counselling, mindfulness-based CBT, psychotherapy through the arts and outdoor activity. Young people resident in two Your Chapter homes can access the provision. Intake and induction lead into small-group learning with a support plan built around the individual.
