Overview

Founded in 1878 as the Church of England High School for Girls, Francis Holland Regent's Park moved from Upper Baker Street to a purpose-built site in 1915. That history still sits alongside a clear set of values: compassion, knowledge, perseverance and spirit. The Regent's Park senior school is an all-girls day setting, with no boarding provision.

From Year 7, English, Mathematics and Science are joined by choices including four modern languages, History, Geography, Computer Science and Classics. Latin, Greek and Classical Civilisation sit alongside Art, Music and Drama. The Life Programme adds Futures, Digital, Oracy, Research, Leadership and Enterprise, giving the curriculum a defined strand beyond examination subjects.

Sixth Form students choose from 24 A Level courses, usually taking three alongside an Elective Course. The EPQ, careers guidance, sport, arts and leadership widen the programme, while Linhope House provides a nearby Sixth Form centre with its own setting for older students. Entry is mainly at 11+, with a separate 16+ route and events for both stages.
